PRIVATE CULINARY EXPERIENCES

Please send an email to pierogiandmore(at)gmail.com with the date, number of participants, and type of class – if you already know which class you want. If not, we will be happy to assist in choosing the best option for your group. We will respond as soon as possible

The number of instructors depends on the selected class and the group size. For large groups up to 5 hosts, for small events: one instructor will host the class.

Yes, all our instructors speak fluent English. We also offer private culinary experiences in French and German.

The minimum group size is 10 people.

The maximum capacity differs. We can host up to 30 participants for Polish dumplings cooking class, but the most comfortable group size for both sides is 20 people. This is also maximum capacity for pasta, empanadas or pizza. Baking workshops like macarons or eclairs work best for smaller group sizes.

Workshops last approximately 2–2.5 hours, depending on group size. Extensions are possible for an additional fee. We also have a small extra room available for more formal functions (presentations) before or after the workshop.

The food tour lasts 3 hours.

Yes, they are perfect for team-building. Guests work in pairs or trios, which facilitates integration. We can also organize MasterChef inspired activities such as competitions, quizzes, and charades. All animation elements are included in the price – at no extra cost. Please discuss your preferred options with us in advance.

Water in carafes is included.

Yes, we offer beer, wine, mulled wine, coffee, tea, and juices. Water is always included in the workshop price.

Yes, we offer a selection of appetizers and bake delicious cakes. Available on request. Please, order upon booking.

We have drinks on sale: juices, coffee, tea, wine, and beer. Please do not bring your own drinks.

Pierogi, pizza, and empanada workshops can be adapted to vegan options. The liqueur workshop is also suitable, if honey is acceptable. Other workshops (pasta, gingerbread, Christmas cooking and dinner) include ingredients such as eggs.

All our workshops can be adapted to vegetarian options. Please, let us know how many vegetarians are coming and we will prepare ingredients accordingly.

We prepare an alternative dish, as we cannot offer gluten-free pierogi. Due to flour particles in the workspace, full gluten-free preparation is not possible. A safe option is a separate dish prepared by our chef at no extra cost.

We do not recommend the food tour for vegans. If any participants are vegan, we suggest booking a pierogi cooking workshop instead. Please, notify us, how many vegan options you require.

If there is a risk of delayed arrival, please inform us as soon as possible. We will try to adjust the start time, provided we do not have another class scheduled just after yours.

If some guests arrive later, we suggest starting on agreed time. We can complete part of the tasks for them, so they can smoothly join the group without rescheduling the entire event and postponing the start of the meal for everybody.

Yes, but please inform us in advance about the number and age of children. We do not organize dedicated children’s cooking parties.

Yes, we issue invoices

You may pay with a bank transfer or paypal or credit card using a link to online transaction we will provide.

Booked and paid culinary experiences are non-refundable, as we reserve the date, assign instructors, and purchase ingredients in advance. However, we may try to reschedule the booking, if possible.

OPEN CULINARY EXPERIENCES

Up to 14 participants. Occasionally, we may host one or two additional guests.

How many spots do you offer for food tours?

Up to 10 persons. We may host one or two additional guests, but we try to keep the group size small.

All open culinary experiences are conducted in English.

  • Pierogi cooking class: 2 hours 
  • Christmas workshop and dinner: 2.5 hours 
  • Food tour: 3 hours

You can book for just one person, provided there are already other bookings for that date and time. If no bookings exist yet, the minimum number of tickets is two for the first booking for a particular slot.

Please, put in your name, e-mail address and phone number. We can either add more seats, open up another slot on the same day or offer an alternative date or time.

Yes, we offer beer, wine, coffee, and tea. You can order and pay with a credit card or cash. Water in carafes is included in the workshop price.

We welcome children aged 8 and above. For younger children, please contact us before booking. For safety reasons, each child must be accompanied by an adult. If you plan to bring very young children or more children than adults, we recommend booking a private culinary experience.

If you are at risk of being late, please message us as soon as you know. After the workshop begins, we do not answer phone calls. If we know someone will arrive later, we can complete some tasks on their behalf so that this guest can smoothly join the culinary experience mid-session.

The Polish pierogi cooking class is suitable for vegetarians, if you request a vegetarian option upon booking. The Christmas workshop and dinner includes herring as one of the dishes, so please take this into account. Private culinary experiences offer more flexibility for dietary requirements.

Pierogi workshops have vegan options. Just let us know in the comments section of the booking.

Unfortunately, due to flour particles in the workspace, we cannot guarantee gluten-free pierogi on open culinary experiences. For safety reasons, we do not offer gluten-free pierogi workshops. However, we can offer private culinary experiences where a separate dish can be prepared by our chef.

Each culinary experience has a free cancellation period, usually up to 48 hours before the start. If you cancel earlier than 48 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start are non-refundable. Some special culinary experiences (e.g. Christmas workshops) require longer preparation and may have stricter cancellation rules.

Yes, but only within the free cancellation period. However, please, feel free to reach out to us, maybe we will be able to accommodate you.

Yes. Visit the vouchers section, select the number of gift cards, and complete the payment. The recipient can choose their preferred date and time and book it using the code provided in the voucher confirmaiton.

The recipient can book a date online by selecting a time slot and entering the gift voucher code. Alternatively, they can contact us by email to arrange a booking.

No, gift vouchers are non-refundable.

Yes, well behaved o service dogs are welcome in the studio. Please inform us in advance so we can notify other participants, as some guests may have allergies.
