Polish dumplings – about the cooking class
Your cooking class begins with preparing the dough and crafting a variety of fillings — including meat, vegetarian, and vegan options. Next, you’ll learn how to roll out the dough to the perfect thickness before moving on to shaping your pierogi. Guided by our instructors, you’ll practice different folding techniques and decorative patterns to create dumplings that look as good as they taste. At the end of the workshop, you’ll enjoy a well-deserved reward: generous portions of freshly made, delicious pierogi — so be sure to arrive hungry!
