Oriental dumplings cookery workshop is an invitation to take a culinary journey across Asia. During the class, you will learn how to create flavourful fillings from fresh ingredients, prepare and roll out delicate pastry, and practice around 10 of the most popular dumpling folding techniques.
The experience ends with a generous meal: the table will be filled with delicious dumplings, which you will enjoy the traditional way—eating them with chopsticks.
We especially recommend this course for intimate team-building events or bachelorette parties.

About Oriental dumplings cookery workshop
At the beginning of the oriental dumpling cooking class, you will learn how to knead the dough. Next, you will prepare the fillings and practice rolling the dough into thin sheets. You will also discover and refine various dumpling-folding techniques (around 10 different styles, including gyoza).
During the cookery workshop, our instructors will share professional tips for making perfect Asian dumplings and show you how to prepare a delicious dipping sauce.
The class is conducted in pairs, which makes it a great team-building experience. On request, we can also arrange additional MasterChef-style activities free of charge.
The date and time of the event are flexible and can be tailored to your needs, though we recommend scheduling it around a mealtime, such as lunch or dinner.
