About the Christmas-themed masterclass and dinner
Start by learning how to make cabbage and mushroom pierogi. Your instructors will share tips for preparing the perfect pierogi, along with a few “secret ingredients.” The recipe comes from a cookbook written by Helena Dąbrowska, the grandmother of the owner of Pierogi & More.
Next, sample famous marinated herring in several variations, followed by delicious borscht with “uszka”, and try a variety of pierogi with different fillings. The experience ends with a traditional Polish Christmas dessert made of poppy seeds, nuts, rasins and honey.
Enjoy a festive atmosphere surrounded by Christmas decorations and finish the evening with a tasting of traditional Polish liqueurs.
Please, inform us of any dietary requirements upon booking. This class is not recommended for vegans, as fish is served as a starter and honey is an ingredient of the dessert.
