Learn how to prepare the famous dish from Alsace, a region located on the border between Germany and France. Flammkuchen, also known as tarte flambée, is a very thin crust topped with fresh ingredients and baked at extremely high temperature.

About the tarte flambee workshop:
During the workshop, you will learn how to prepare and roll out the dough, how to combine ingredients, how to bake the flatbreads, and how to serve them. We will also show you how to make the traditional sauce used in Alsace to spread on the dough before adding toppings.
The course ends with a hearty meal, during which everyone can taste pizzas with a variety of toppings. Additional drinks and/or desserts can also be ordered.
The Alsatian pizza baking workshop can be conducted in English, French, German, and of course Polish. The Pierogi & More culinary studio is located in central Warsaw. Date and time are arranged individually with the client.
