How to book a food attraction in Warsaw
Go to the calendar section of out site. First, select the preferred cooking class type. Secondly, select a date and time. Then, choose the number of participants. The calendar allows to book for at least 2 people and up to 10 people at a time. If you are a sole traveller, you may still book, but you must select a workshop that already has some bookings. If you need to know when is the next event availabe for a single booking, or if you wish to book for a larger group, please contact us.
You may also select a date and check which worskhops are available on that day. Just scroll down, to learn which classes we host on a day you are interested in.
We offer the bookings with instant confirmation functionality, so by the end of the process, you will receive a confirmation of the booking. It it has not arrived, it might happened that you mistyped your e mail address. Send us an e mail and we will forward you the purchased ticket.
Payments
In order to pay for the workshop, please, proceed to the payment section. Type in your credit card details. Please, note that US citizens will be requested to submit zip codes. At the end of the purchase process, the credit card will be automatically charged and you will receive a confirmation by mail.
Coming to the food attraction in Warsaw
Please, note that all attractions start on time. First of all, arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start to prepare for the cooking class. Secondly, the host – a team member – will greet you at the door and you will meet other participants. Then, you will wash hands and put on an apron. If necessary, we will implement additional safety measures. If, for some reason, you are going to be late, please, inform us with a text message (whatsapp available).
There is no need to print out the ticket, or show your confirmation on the mobile.
Cancellations
Customers will receive a full refund or credit, if one makes the cancellation no later than 48 hours before the starting time of the activity. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. We will charge no-shows with the full price.
Please note that some food attractions, which require much preparation on our side, may have a different cancellation policy applied (eg. 4 days). Some are non-refundable.
